Halloween!

For Halloween this year Lincoln was a dragon, Ethan was "Swampfire" (his favorite Ben 10 alien) and Mason was a gondolier. Mason's mask was homemade (thanks grandma Jodi), it wasn't something they sold at the Halloween store. I think all the boys had a lot of fun, it seemed as if there was some sort of festivity every night of the week. And in all the chaos, I wasn't able to get a pic of them all together. We had fun decorating our trunk for the church party (as you can see in the background of Mason's pic), It was a fun week but I have to say I was excited to put away all the scary decorations and start planning Christmas!

My new favorite photo!

I love this photo, this was taken at Port Farms. The "boys" were having a tricycle race. I didn't think I would ever see Lee ride a tricycle!

Port Farms

A Day on the Farm

Lee had a rare day off so we went to Port Farms. They have a corn pit, corn maze, slides, bike races, petting zoo... It was a lot of fun. I especially enjoyed seeing Lee spending some time with the boys and letting loose!

Happy Birthday Ethan!

I am a few weeks late in posting, but better late than never! Ethan turned 6 and he was so excited to get to have a friend party this year. He invited 10 little boys and they had a blast. He had a Ben 10 cake (of course) and we had the party at an arcade. Ethan is such a pleasant kid, he is always smiley and happy. He never complains and does what he is asked. We feel so blessed to have him in our family. He is such a great big brother to Linc. Ethan has a tender heart, and he just makes us happy every single day! We love you, Ethan.

Happy Birthday Linc!

I can't believe my baby is 3! We went to the Cleveland Zoo for his birthday, and he had a blast! He LOVES animals. His favorite was the Grizzly Bear. It is a great zoo, we all had so much fun. We finished the day with an icecream cake at Cold Stone. Lincoln has been such an important part of our family for the last 3 years, he makes us laugh constantly and he is always giving love and he loves to "nuggle". He loves his brothers and wants to be just like his daddy. He is so sensitive and wants to make people happy. Happy Birthday Linc, we love you!

More Camping Pics..

Camping Trip!

Last weekend we took the boys camping to Cook Forest. It was a lot of fun. We went on adventure hikes, found a tree that a bear had stripped the bark off (according to Mason and Ethan), threw rocks in the river, cooked hotdogs, smores, and told stories around the campfire. It was so nice for us to get away with no distractions, and it was beautiful. Mason had his pocketknife and sharpened walking sticks for everyone so we would have a weapon if we came across a bear. They practiced their bear-hunting skills the whole time!

First Day of School!

I have been fighting back tears all morning since Ethan got on the bus for his first day of Kindergarten. He seems so little to me still. I am glad that I have Mason who eagerly volunteered to walk Ethan to class every day. I can't believe Mason is in 4th grade and will only have one more year of elementary school after this. Linc doesn't know what to do with himself, he woke up grumpy, I think because he knows things are changing and he will miss his brothers. The boys were soooo excited for school today, I can't wait until they get home so I can hear all about it.
