They DO love eachother!

All summer I feel like I am constantly breaking up fights and ending arguments between these two. Then there are moments like these that make it all worth it!

Ethan's kindergarten open-house

At the school, there was a kindergarten open-house last night. Ethan was SOOOO excited! He got to ride on a school bus and meet his teacher, as well as tour the school. There is a boy from his baseball team in his class, which makes me feel better knowing he already has a friend. He picked out his outfit himself (I promise I had nothing to do with his choice). He may take after Mase in his style.

Spending Time At the Bay

We love to hang out at the bay, it makes us just feel good to be by the water, and the boys could throw rocks for hours!

Summertime

I have a lot of catching up to do, I will have to just do a little at a time. Summer has been busy and fun. It has been fun to have my mom here. We have done a lot of exploring nature, and enjoying all that Erie has to offer. These pics are from a park not too far from our house, there are a lot of trails and a creek. It is so beautiful. We came home with rocks, sticks, various insects, and a slug. The joy of boys!

Grandpa Brough

Grandpa Brough was able to come visit a couple of weeks ago and it was so fun to get to see him. We saw some local sights, and just had a good time visiting!

Ethan lost his first tooth!

I can't believe that my sweet little Ethan is getting to the stage of missing teeth! There is nothing cuter than a big smile with a missing tooth! (that only applies to children btw)... :)

We love to have family visit, and we had a lot of fun going to the Environmental Center, traveling through Amish Country, playing Guitar Hero (I will never get over my dad singing "Shout At The Devil"!), and eating LOTS of good food!

Boys and sticks...

I don't know what it is about boys and sticks, but I don't think they ever grow out of it! We went on a nature walk (a tradition when Grandpa Curtis comes) and ended up on the shore of the lake. It was perfect!

Zoo with Gpa, Gma, and Uncle Daniel

Grandpa and Grandma and Daniel came out and we had a lot of fun adventuring with them. We went to the zoo on a rainy day and it turned out that we were the only ones there! It was great, we hung out with the orangutan family for a long time, and they were so playful and entertaining.
